Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. PLEASE make sure your order is complete and accurate before finalizing your purchase!
Wrong Size...Wrong Part...Changed Your Mind?
These are all reasons you can return the NEW part(s) you've purchased. In fact you can return any New part for any reason. Parts must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of your purchase date. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
Non-Returnable Parts include any items that have been fabricated to your specifications. Examples of made-to-measure parts include, but are not limited to: Frame, Louvers, Tilt Bars, Cords, and Ladders.
Shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the parts ordered.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
ALL RETURNS require a Return Form Authorization (RFA). This information will allow us to process your refund upon receipt of the returned items. Contact us for a RFA at 661-587-5255.
Returned parts are subject to a 20% restock fee.
